Office Administrator (In-Office Opportunity / No Remote or Hybrid) – Superbike Showroom
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the front line of communication for customers, vendors, and DMV agencies. You’ll help keep our operations smooth by handling bookkeeping, processing documents, greeting customers, and supporting management with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and route as needed
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry of financial records
- Handle DMV paperwork and processing
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Complete any tasks assigned by management to support operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred
- Experience with DMV paperwork is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $4,000/month salary
- 5 paid sick days per year
- 5 paid vacation days per year

This is an in-office role at our Rancho Cordova showroom. You’ll work directly with management, the sales team, service staff, and customers in a fast-paced, motorcycle-driven culture.
