Warranty Service

Our service department is dedicated to the inventory we sell, we have sold over 3,000 + pre-owned motorcycles and we stand behind our bikes. We pride ourselves in providing a safe and functional motorcycles to our customers.
 If you have recently purchased a motorcycle from us and are within our 30 Day Limited In-House Warranty window, we will happily repair your motorcycle.
 
 
30 Day Limited In-House Warranty:
  • One hour post purchase test ride

  • Only street legal motorcycles are backed by our 30-day Limited In-House Warranty

  • Every vehicle is inspected and test ridden by our service team

  • No returns

  • No reimbursements for outside labor and/or towing

  • Does not apply to vehicles currently covered by a manufacturer’s or aftermarket warranty / service contract

 

In the unlikely event that your pre-owned vehicle demonstrates any mechanical concerns or malfunctions, within the first thirty (30) days of purchase and the vehicle has not exceeded more than 1,000 miles from the date of sale, you will be covered by this 30-day Limited In-House Warranty. Superbike Showroom’s obligation during this term, will be upon failure or malfunction of the pre-owned vehicle, and to repair the malfunction or defect at no charge.

 

Superbike Showroom’s 30-day Limited In-House Warranty does not apply to off-road vehicles. Superbike Showroom’s 30-day Limited In-House Warranty does not cover or reimburse maintenance, service, parts, or labor provided by another dealership and/or company.  Superbike Showroom reserves the right to send customer motorcycles to any of our preferred service centers at our discretion. Any repairs made to your vehicle by other service centers within the 30 day period that are not pre-authorized by Superbike Showroom will not be reimbursed. Superbike Showroom is not responsible for any charges or any towing fees that may be incurred. In the event of a mechanical failure to your motorcycle, you are responsible for transport to Superbike Showroom for service. Superbike Showroom’s 30-day Limited In-House Warranty does not include pick-up or delivery of the vehicle upon mechanical failure. Superbike Showroom’s 30-day Limited In-House Warranty does not apply towards wear-able items such as: clutch, damaged fairings, brake pads, and/or tires, etc.

 

All vehicles purchased with Superbike Showroom are sold as-is, which states that the buyer accepts the property in the condition in which it is reasonably observable by him or her without legal recourse should the buyer discover a defect in the product after purchase. Every street legal vehicle is inspected and test ridden by our service team, and backed by our 30-day Limited In-House Warranty. Superbike Showroom does not offer refunds or returns after the vehicle’s date of sale. The buyer has a one hour post purchase test ride. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase within the first hour, bring it back and we will refund the sale. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing there is only one hour after the sale of the vehicle to cancel the sale. You are also agreeing in the event of a mechanical issue with the vehicle to allow Superbike Showroom the time to repair the issue.

Warranty is void if the motorcycle is used for stunt riding purposes; activities may include: burnouts, wheelies, donuts, etc.
